Arte Mega es un diseño Donnie. Nos encontramos con el carácter o Megaman Rockman. Se trata de un robot humano, o más bien un androide. La personalidad y la inteligencia del robot coinciden con los de un niño de 10 años de edad. Él tiene un gran sentido de la justicia, siempre tratando de proteger a la humanidad. El robot sigue las tres leyes de la robótica: 1. Un robot no debe dañar a un ser humano o, por inacción, permitir que un ser humano sufra daño; 2. Un robot debe obedecer las órdenes dadas por un ser humano, excepto si estas órdenes entrasen en conflicto con la primera ley; 3. Un robot debe proteger su propia existencia, hasta donde esta protección no entre en conflicto con la Primera o la Segunda Ley.
